Strategic Service Plan and Corporate Plan

The Objective

The objective was to develop a five-year strategic service plan for the organisation (incorporating 3 campuses in Bright, Myrtleford and Mt Beauty). 

Our Approach

The project involved identifying key social determinants of health within Alpine Health’s catchment and consulting with internal stakeholders and various external partners to assess the organisation’s strengths, weaknesses, and service gaps. Community surveys and consultations were conducted across three townships to collaboratively shape Alpine Health’s future. Detailed data analysis was performed to evaluate current service performance, alongside scenario and capacity modeling to identify strategies for improving efficiency and future infrastructure needs.

The Outcomes

The collaboration between Aspex and Alpine Health’s leadership resulted in a successful strategic plan, leading to an invitation to develop their Corporate Plan immediately after project completion.
