Aspex Consulting has completed a project identifying barriers and strategies to enhance GP support for patients with Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) issues. The project involved stakeholder consultations, a GP survey, and a co-design workshop with Primary Health Tasmania. Six key strategies were proposed, focusing on financial support, integrated care, and education, with a four-year implementation plan.
